October Edition
The council are inviting you to have your say in how Saxmundham develops in future by voting on whether the Modified Neighbourhood Plan should be adopted. There are more details on page 5 and a QR code to view the Plan in full, along with further news from your Town Council.
September Edition
Another very successful Sax Fest with the extra day proving a winner. There were some great photos taken so see if you can spot yourself on pages 6 & 7. A very well done to Terry Barrow and his team of volunteers, without whom the event would not go ahead. A great, inclusive festival highlighting local talent as well as some great tribute acts.
August Edition
The wonder that is Manette Baillie, of Benhall will be celebrating her 104th birthday on 22nd August with a fundraising afternoon tea. This lady seems to have packed more into the last few years than many do in a lifetime – with a drive round Silverstone in a Ferrari, a sky dive, giving talks and generally being very active in various organisations – I can’t wait to see what she does next!
A very happy birthday Manette and I hope lots of money is raised for breast cancer research at your afternoon tea!
