October Edition
What a wonderful job Rotary clubs do, raising funds for charities worldwide – and the Woodbridge branch is no exception, with three members receiving the Paul Harris Fellowship Award. There are so many volunteers who give time and energy to their communities, it is lovely to see them receive recognition. Well done to all.
September Edition
Congratulations are in order this month as the Woodbridge branch of the Royal British Legion received an award for the outstanding work they do in the community and to Woodbridge teenager, Jude who will be taking part in the Clipper Round the World Yacht race – both a credit to Woodbridge and will benefit from the community’s support I’m sure!
August Edition
Congratulations to Ron Hepworth, MBE, who recently, not only celebrated 53 years as a Rotarian but also his 100th birthday! A special lunch was held for him and tributes shared. What a contribution Ron must have made to his community over the years and is still doing so! Ron has been described as ‘unstoppable’. I’m sure you will join me in sending very best wishes.
