November Edition

Well done to the community of Bredfield whose activities have won them the ‘Suffolk Small Village of the Year’ award. When I’m out and about taking the magazines to many outlets it is always a pleasure to see their scarecrow display! I like to include news from Woodbridge’s surrounding villages so be sure to get in touch.

October Edition

We felt we had to mark the Queen’s passing this month, hence our cover. Like most people she is the only monarch I have ever known and it felt like she would be with us forever. A truly remarkable 70 year reign it is hard to find fault with. Whatever your views on Royalty you can’t help but admire her dedication, hard work (how many people work for 70 years of their life?) and sense of duty – the likes of which I doubt we will ever see again.

September Edition

Thanks to grants from the Town council, various councillors and donations from private individuals, Opera comes to Woodbridge! ‘The Bat’ takes place at Elmhurst Park – why not get a ticket (which are free) to this community outdoor event before nights draw in and the weather takes a turn for the worse? And music makes a welcome return to Woodbridge Library after two years with Harpist Zoe Anderton making an appearance on 20th September – also free of charge!
